We will notify the customer when the item is shipped. If there are issues with the order, the customer will be notified via their contact information given in the order. 

Be aware, once the order is shipped, it won't be Kami Eyewear's responsibility. Since we will notify you with the shipping details, please contact the shipment company and/or your local courier (*for international orders: if the item has reached your country)
