What should I be aware of before entering Kami Eyewear?
Please either bring your own eyeglasses, contact lenses or prescription from your optometrist. We do not perform eye examinations at this time. Due to our production focusing on the highest quality standards, and completely following your prescription (given to us), should you have questions about the prescriptions, please re-check with your optometrist. Given the customer(s) gets their prescription re-checked and provides the prescription note to us, our Optician will grant one-time redo at no-charge *prescription change by optometrist.
What is the return policy?
Your tailor-made eyeglasses will be made with precision and state-of-the-art technology according to your prescription. All prescription eyeglasses are customized and non-refundable/no returns.
Are any purchases final sale?
All prescription products are non-refundable except non-prescription items. All items being returned, must be in sellable condition. Either original box is remained unopened or the product still has the tagged intact. And the refunds are valid within 5-days of purchase. With non-prescriptions eyeglasses, we will use the price of purchase deducted by 10% restocking fee (In-Person & Online). For online purchases, customer(s) are responsible for the shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee.
When will I get my order?
Because we have the lens-edging technology, our store will carry the most of the prescription to ensure same-day delivery. Most of the eyeglass prescriptions will be made on the same-day except when your prescription is out of the range (i.e. above 1200 D). If your glasses are special order(s), it will generally take 5-10 business days.
Do you sell over-the-counter reading glasses?
Since we strive for high-quality standard eyewear, over-the-counter reading glasses are not recommended nor sold by Kami Eyewear. Due to the frame and lenses material(s) discrepancies, optical measurements and power accuracy, we will not be carrying these products.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase (during checkout). However, If you want to pick up in store when you decide to purchase online, please contact staff at either by Instagram or Facebook about your request.
