Damages and issues


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Only accessories can be exchanged. For example, cleaning wipes for glasses (wet/dry) and/or glasses strings can be exchanged. However, the general rule applies: "product leaves the shop, the responsibility is not on the workers to issue an exchange". Unless the worker themselves, 

Refunds
Kami Eyewear does not do returns or refunds. Once the product leaves the shop, the responsibility is with the customers. Always be 100% of what you plan or will buy. All of our workers are not trained nor mandated to force you to buy. So, once a purchase goes through, it cannot be undone.
